Le Soula produces top-of-the-range wines in the high altitude terroir of Fenouillèdes (Haut Roussillon).
The great vitality of our wines comes from the soil and climate of our vineyards.
Le Soula has been cultivating its 17 hectares of vines without herbicides or pesticides since 2001, and biodynamically since 2009 (Demeter certified).
The granite soils, situated at an altitude of 600 metres in the foothills of the Pyrenees, benefit from a cooler climate and have real potential for producing top-quality wines.
