The Saint-Arnac goat farm produces goat’s cheese (lactic-fermented varieties: round, log-shaped, pyramid-shaped, brick-shaped… with varying degrees of maturation), goat’s tome, yoghurts and formatget.
Visitors are welcome at the farm from Monday to Friday, 10am to 12 noon (March to October). By appointment outside these times.
Saturday mornings: markets at St Paul de Fenouillet and Perpignan (Place de la République).
