GOOD TO KNOW:
- Be aged between 18 and 70, weigh over 50kg
- Never have had a blood transfusion
- Be in good shape
- Eat and drink before the donation
- Duration: 1 hour, including 10 minutes for the blood donation
- Present yourself with...DONATING BLOOD, A LIFE-SAVING GESTURE...
