DOMAINE POUDEROUX

We conceive our wines from the vine, on the scale of our production blocks with a global logic (certified organic and biodynamic farming), planting hedges and ecological corridors/dry hedges, and diversification (olive and pistachio trees).
The grapes are harvested 100% by hand, vinified and matured in separate plots and varietals. We work with vines spread over a variety of terroirs (schist, marl, chalk, etc.) to express strong identities in our single-vineyard and parcel-based cuvées, and to balance our blended cuvées and vins doux naturels by managing grape maturity and expression.
The work in the cellar, reasoned to be as pure as possible (minimum inputs, sulphites, spontaneous fermentations or vat fermentations) while maintaining the stability of the wines from one vintage to the next, completes this logic. Our aim is to offer balanced wines.
