Les Vignes d'Élodie, a ray of sunshine straight from the upper Agly valley, is a new discovery and a total favourite. Three red cuvées, Le bel Enfant, Mademoiselle and Madame, perfectly complement each other in an impeccable hierarchy. Special mention should go to Bel Enfant, for its freshness, and Madame, a predominantly Carignan, for its depth and complexity. The white and red Maury wines are worthy of much praise!
